Urban Product Design
Moduler bench that can be easily integrated with each other and put together in different configuration

Atatürk Boulevard, connecting TBMM Park and Kuğulu Park in the heart of Ankara, is the meeting point of history and modernism. My design called "Mood", which I developed with inspiration from this, includes a seating bench and lighting product that can be integrated into the environment.

With the freedom brought by modularity, these benches are designed to be used in various ways at different points of the boulevard and in parking areas.

Lack of Ergonomics
High benches or benches without backrests are uncomfortable to sit on for long periods of time.
Accessibility Issues
Benches that are difficult to use for disabled individuals create access problems.
Placement Problems
When benches are placed too close to pedestrian paths, it affects both comfort and pedestrian traffic.
Inappropriateness for Groups
Side-by-side placement of benches makes it difficult for large groups to socialize.
Observation Angle and Distance
Benches facing children's parks are insufficient or far away; parents cannot easily watch their children.
Irregular Distribution
The unbalanced and scattered placement of benches in the park prevents the efficient use of rest areas
